 Accommodation:

It is not possible to setup accommodation in one place for all the attendants in Rokytince. Because of that we prepare several variants:

Grammar school dormitory:

Price: 165,- CZK (6,50 Euro approx.) / person / night
Capacity: 30 beds, 1x double room, 2x four-bed room, 1x six-bed room, 2x seven-bed room.

Grammar school gym:

Price: 50,- CZK (2 Euro approx.) / person / night
Capacity: 30 persons.
Sleeping in own sleeping bag on own mattress!

Rampušák guesthouse:

Capacity: 28 beds, 5x double room, 2x tripple room, 3x quadruple room
The price is without breakfast. It will be available to make additional order for breakfast for 70,- CZK (3 Euro approx.) / person  /day.

Terezka guesthouse:

Price: 250,- CZK (10.00 Euro approx.) / person / day
Capacity: 25 persons, 2x double room (+2 possible extra beds), 1x tripple room (+2 possible extra beds), 2x four-bed room (+1 possible extra bed) and 1x five-bed room (+1 possible extra bed).
The price is without breakfast. It is possible to prepare own breakfast in shared kitchenette.

Eudard hotel:

Price: 350,- CZK (13.75 Euro approx.) / person / day (with own sanitary facility).
Price: 250,- CZK (10.00 Euro approx.) / person / day (without sanitary facility – shared facilty is on the floor).
Capacity: 22 persons, 5x double room with sanitary (for 350,- CZK), 4x tripple room without sanitary (for 250,- CZK).
The price is without breakfast. It will be available to make additional order for breakfast for 50,- CZK (2 Euro approx.) / person  /day.

Rokytenka hotel:

NOT POSSIBLE. THE CAPACITY IS ALREADY BOOKED FOR THE DATE OF THE EVENT.

Meals:

Breakfasts, lunches and dinners at school cantine for 195,- CZK (cca 7.75 Euro approx.) person / day. There is no lower price for kids available.

It is possible to order meals individually:

  • breakfast 45,- CZK (2 Euro approx.)
  • lunch 75,- CZK (3 Euro approx.)
  • dinner 75,- CZK (3 Euro approx.)

The orders for accommodation and meals deadline is at 31. VII. 2018. The orders are binding after this date. There is an obligation to pay the ordered service in case of non-participation from any reason.

Participation fee:

A fee of 500,- CZK (20 Euro approx.) per person will be collected from all the members of Zababov Club, their family members over 18 years of age, members of other clubs and guests participating actively for the whole meeting time.

A fee of 200,- CZK (8 Euro approx.) per person will be collected from all the members of the Zababov Club, their family members over 18 years of age, members of other clubs, and guests participating actively for each participation day. The maximum amount is 500, – CZK (20 Euro) per person.

Modules registration:

The modules registration deadline is 10. VI. 2018 24:00!

Guests registration:

It is possible to visit us althought our meeting is not public show. The guests registration and the club member host is registration is necessary for all the visitors. The guests / visitors capacity is limited. We can’t accept guest application when the capacity is over. More information for visitors can be read here (in Czech only).
